Jezabella- Summoner - Status and Skills for Dungeon Training

Template being used: Persona User from NA because it makes the most sense for him.
Level Starting Out: Maxed Out Initial and Prime
Arcana: Hanged Man
Soul Bound Weapon: Crimson Rose - a weapon that appears to be a solid sword with multiple cracks in it. As a solid piece it is about 27" (about 2.5 ft) long made of a strange yet sturdy metal. Its blade is white silver with black lines upon it and its handle is elegantly craved black material of skulls and crimson colored roses. The blade is slightly curved and well balanced designed to resemble a katana, but it is a bit wider and thicker due to the fact that with a flick of the wrist, the blade will break apart into a bladed whip that can be swung about for mid range attacks and also used to grab things far away or wrap around things allowing for pulling, throwing, or temporary binding maneuvers. When retracted its length is about 4ft as it hangs at the side loosely, but the flexible wire that runs through it can extend up to 20 ft in the direction it swung. Whether he uses it as a sword or bladed whip this weapon is clearly designed to do piercing damage rather than the typical slashing that would be associated with blades.

Type of Damage: Negative Status Spell
Description: Hyacintha will sink her tails into the earth causing strange purplish spikes to shoot up from under the enemy. If struck there is a 25% chance of the enemy being stun. What is stun? Stun is alignment similar to being dizzy. It makes the world spin making it hard to focus and take action appropriately. When effected by this, each turn there is a 50/50 chance of the enemy being unable to perform an action due to not being able to focus properly. It last 3 turns.

Cost: 6 SP
Type of Damage: Negative Status
Description: Hyacintha uses her fox magic to cast a spell that lowers the enemy's accuracy by 30% for 3 turns. Single target spell.

Soul Skill Name: Purification
Persona Name: Helix
Tier: Tier 3
Cost: 18 SP
Type of Damage: Recovery Spell  
Description: A spell that purges the body of all negative matter. It cures all status ailments for a single target.

Persona's Arcana: Hanged Man

Persona Appearance: Hyacintha

Persona Background: A rather mysterious sort of spirit, Hyacintha is of the Kitsune Clan. The Kitsune Clan are composed of foxes that have multiple tails the oldest and wisest saying to have 9 while the youngest has one. Having two tails means that Hyacintha has been around for at least 200 years, but why this usually secretive and elusive creature decided to follow the commands of a human of all things is a mystery. What is known is that she is fiercely loyal to her master and while not powerful she will protect him with her fiery strength and spirit.

Weaknesses: Bufu

Passive Boosts: +15% to HP and Defense.

Skill 3: Searing Burn | 10% (20% with single target skills) chance of inflicting a burn ailment with each agi skill used. Not effective against opponents that are strong/block/ etc fire. Takes 15% of total health off the opponent each turn, for three turns. Can be put out by a bufu skill used on self that matches tier. Effects do not stack | Passive | Tier 1
Skill 4: Tarukaja | Raises one ally's Attack by 30% for 3 turns. | 6 SP | Tier 2
Skill 5: Agilao | Inflicts a moderate amount of Fire damage to one enemy. | 6 SP | Tier 2
Skill 6: Infernou | Moderate physical (slash) and Agi damage to a single opponent. | 16% HP | Tier 2
Skill 7: White Wall | Increases an ally's Ice resistance for 3 turns (resist ice effect). | 18 SP | Tier 2
Skill 8: Mind Charge | The next Fire, Ice, Electrical, Wind, Earth, or Almighty magic attack will be 2.5 times
greater in power. | 15 SP | Tier 3


Fusion Attack: (The Ultimate attack between you and your Persona. When using this, your Persona gifts you with the capability of performing a powerful attack. However, once this is done you can not summon your Persona again for the remainder of the topic. The attack does Tier 3 amount of damage. If you're an Anti-Shadow Suppression Weapon this technique is replaced by your Orgia Mode. For more details on Orgia Mode, refer to the Character Types screen under Vital Information.)

Fusion Attack Name: Fox Fire
Persona Name: Hyacintha
Type of Damage: Agi; AoE
Description: Hyacintha will shift into a giant version of herself and take on a more vicious appearance. In this form she opens her mouth to unleash a strange blue fire upon all enemies. The fire is so cold and dangerous that it is said to feel like ice constantly stabbing painfully into the body as it devours whatever is touched. It is a attack does fire damage since it is a flame, but due to coldness instead of burning it has 10% chance of free all it touches.

Summon #2: Helix - The Wizard

Persona Type: Prime Persona

Persona's Arcana: Hanged Man

Owner: Jezabella

Persona Appearance: Helix

Persona Background: Standing at only 3 feet high most mistaken this strange wanderer as a child dressed up until they get a better look at him and encounter his serious and no-nonsense personality. Unlike some of the other summons in Jezabella's arsenal, this summon is one of the few that can talk and understand human speech well. He isn't afraid to speak to others outside of Jezabella and while not bound to the man by a contract like others, the creature has taught the man a spell he can use to summon him if he needs to. The details of this agreement and how it occurred is unknown, but it seems the pair are good friends and work together out of respect and loyalty towards each other. He gets along well with Hyacintha and most of the other summons, but he cannot stand Eva due to her arrogant and overly attached nature to Jezabella. If the cat (Eva) is apart of Jezabella's attack force the creature will not come if summoned. For something so small, he sure knows his spells and can pack a punch when he wants to.

Description: Helix will begin to glow and float into the air, chanting words of an unknown language. As  he does this, a large amount of magical energy is pulled towards him and then unleashed upon the enemy in a dark burst via his staff. It does a huge amount of dark damage to enemies and has 10% chance of knocking them down.

So Rules (Notes to Self):

For first three rank up on Initial only +18 (cause pu so 6*3=18. They aren't by 12 initially) points to distrubute freely.

+15 for HP and SP for each rank up

Each time your Initial Persona gains a new skill, all your stats go up by 6 points. You also get 6 extra points that you can distribute between these stats.

Each time your Prime Persona gains a new skill, all your stats go up by 12 points. You also get 12 extra points to distribute between your stats.

Also Hanged Man Arcana so: +15% boost in health and defense.

From Initial:
6*5= 30 to all
Extra 30 to distribute freely
+75 to HP and SP

From Prime:
12*5=60 to all
Extra 60 to distribute freely
+75 to SP and HP

So:
30+60=90 points to all
Extra 90+18 (from 1st 3 rank ups)= 108 points to distribute freely
+ 150 to HP and SP

So:

HP: 50+150+90=290
SP: 30+150+90=270

Pmstr: 10+90=100+36=136
Dx: 3+90=93+36=129

PE: 290-50=240/12=20*2=40%
