Talent #1 Rika

Name of Talent: Psychic
Concept: An ability that allows him manipulate energy with his mind to get various effects. All powers can only make an attempt to do something to player characters or important npcs. This is a power not used to kill, but rather used to aid and make life easier for himself and others; however, as with all power it can be harmful and even deadly when used wrong. Below is what he can use.

Extra(s): There is no noticeable physical changes in the Dreamweaver or any perks he seems to gain.

Positive Mechanics:

1. Telekinesis: A force that is used as a hand to grab, pick up, pull or push things around with.

2. Levitation: Since Rika can naturally be whatever he wants and float at will, this applies to objects and beings that are not himself. This is a force that is used to cause things to float.

3. Telepathy: An ability that allows him to speak directly to someone else’s mind.

4. Pyrokinesis: An ability that heats up an object and can make it catch on fire. Do not confuse this with a fire spell or fire manipulation. It only has the ability to start small fires on flammable objects and cause some moderate burns to the human body like being burned by a hot stove or iron. It also requires concentration and build up to actually do anything significant.  

5. Clairvoyance: Allows him to see through other objects or things for a short span of time. He has to choose a object or thing to see with and  he can only be about 5 miles from the selected object to see clearly. The further away he is the more blurry the image and once it hits 10 miles the connection is lost. Also if a thing isn't mobile he restricted to seeing from that spot until he disconnects from it.  

6. Force: Force is an energy that can be used to knock back or strike another being. It can also be used to place pressure on something to weigh it down.

7. Mind Possession: Controlling someone or something via their mind.

8. Heal: Using some of his energy Rika can heal physical wounds and help those walking with mental ones. In the mind of the one who is receiving the healing there is a soothing presence around that eases the mind and allows the body to relax enough to accept healing. On player characters, he can attempt to use this ability, but it is their choice to accept it or not.

9. The Eye: He is in tune with the spirit/otherworldly realms deeply allowing them to speak, see, and interact with things that others cannot. This is applied to spirits and those not of reality.

9. Bond: A passive ability that allows him to interact with and communicate with the strange black skull head crows that followed him from the dream world.

Negative Mechanics
1) Healing cannot prevent death or help those that are not willing to accept it.

2) Mental abilities are weaker against creatures that have high resistance to mental attacks/tricks.

3) Due to being powers based from the mind, over using them can cause headaches and exhaustion. The larger something is, the more energy it takes to move it, lift it, or aflame, etc. It also takes more time to recover from the power used when used in great quantities.

4) The Eye: Can be a huge strain on the mind and can drive one mad if not careful. Rika has to find a way to release the stress of the eye in some form of writing, drawing, or meditation at least once a week in order to not go mad from the whispers and things he sees.

Talent 2 Rika - This is to be trained.

Name: Keeper of Crows
Concept:  The Keeper of Crows is a mysterious creature that no one is quite sure how mere scientists got of hold of let alone why it choose Rika out of all the candidates it had to choose from to become its host and master. It is an immortal spirit that takes on a physical form to interact with the world around it. It typically only shows its true form during a battlefield where it lives and thrives. Outside of this it becomes the dark side of its host beginning the coldness  to the warmth that Rika has. It is a creature that can take on many forms to perform various moves in battle thanks to the souls it has contracts with. Below are the forms it take and the moves they can do.

Extra: His looks change depending on what form he takes and his personality becomes that of the Keeper's. Also due to the keeper being a being of reality it can kill that which is of relaity

Positives

1) The Keeper of Crows (Nightwatcher from CMOF) - this is the default form that Rika takes when tapping into his dark power and let's this creature take over his body. This being alone is quite formable. Below are the moves he can do:
* Basic attack: The Keeper of Crows demonstrates his skills with unarmed and staff fighting. He will attack physically with his body and scythe like lantern holder to deal damage to his opponets.
* Spirit Fire: From the latern on his scythe he fires a green fire that burns like acid and hits like a solid punch. That fire can do moderate damage on its own, but enough it can seriously injure and melt a being or thing. Due to it being a fire made of spirits, it does not have the ability to catch things a flame, but rather melt and eat away. Also it cannot be put out by normal means. This fire does not hurt the Keeper.
* Skull Dogs (the two small reavers from mirror of fate) - these wolf size beings are something the keeper summons in pairs. While they are out, the keeper stays in the background only occassionally stepping in to assist with a random physical attacks. Otherwise he leaves the job to his vicious pets that come at their opponet with claws, fangs, and tail swipes. Being an intelligent creature they can adapt to situations making them quite the pain to contend with.
* Skull Crows: Keeper will summon these creatures in a large swarm that surround him like bees. Due to the way the birds move it and the amount of them it makes it hard to get to the keeper without being peeked and shredded to death. While these birds are out the keeper keeps his distance using groups of 10-20 birds to attack his opponets with various attacks ranging from swarming to swooping in for pecks and clawing. These birds share a hive mind and act as a unit making them quiet formable...even more so when they can have enough intelligence to dodge and adapt to what is happening.

2) Reaper Form (the big dog thingy from CMOF): This a form is a large dog or crow that is highly aggressive and dangerous to boot. He can only choose one or the other when using this form

When in Dog Form: The Keepers strength is doubled for as long as he is in this form. It spits out spirit fire in balls from its mouth and summon skull dogs to aid it. On top of this it uses heavy swipes of the claw, deadly jaw bites, charges/rushes, tail whacks and can fire its spines off its body among many things to try and destroy its opponent.  

When in Crow Form: The Keepers Speed is doubled for as long as he is in this form. It uses spirit fire to cover its talons or body to enhance a sweeping claw attack or dive bomb an enemy. It uses a variety of ariel attacks and can summon skull crows to aid it. When grounded it results to heavy pecks and vicious kicks, tail whacks and wing slaps to attack its opponent. It can create large gusts of winds and also shoot its feathers at an enemy.

3) Queen of Blades: A tall elegant woman in a dress made of thin metal that moves like fabric. She has white skins and bright green eyes and bright blue hair. It is clear from the thin veins of blue running through her that she is no longer a human, but perhaps something mechanical. This form is agile and quick on her feet, showing a mastery of acrobatics and dance moves that she uses to perform her deadly moves. She is a creature that is restricted to any form of blade: swords, knives, daggers, bladed fans, bladed whip, axes, etc. Her style and movement depends on the weight of the weapon.

4) King of Shields: A large bulky man in heavy armor. He is slow moving and designed to stand his ground and defend himself and others from harm. He has shields he stays behind, but can also use as bashing items to those who get close. While he is slow he is heavily armored with high defenses and raw strength to send most flying across the field or reeling back from impact. Despite being slow most of the time, he can be surprising quick and agile depending on what type of shield he is wielding.

5) Queen of Pole Arms: A dark skinned red head with honey colored eyes dressed in the light weight clothing of a dancer. She specializes in using all forms of pole arms ranging from staves, lances, spears, and other such weapons to take out her opponent. She use a combo of pole arts and unarmed combat when fighting.
